Return and Refund Policy

Can I return my order placed through OrderUp.pet?

If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from OrderUp.pet, you may return the unused portion within 7 days of purchase (in its original package, with your receipt) for your option of either a refund of the purchase price or a replacement of the same OrderUp.pet product. Please allow up to 7 business days for refund processing once unused portion has been received.

To initiate a refund, please email us at support@orderup.pet - Unfortunately, we are only able to refund the purchase price for the returned product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns are limited to the original purchaser and only one per customer.

***OUR OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND OUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATION. IN ALL CASES, OUR LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS.
